Dr Logan and Dr Ruhl are great doctors. Very kind and thorough. I had an issue over a year ago where I was charged twice as much as a visit with no insurance and I had insurance. The lady that called from their Mt. pleasant office basically said what I was charged is what I needed to pay even though they didn't do anything outside of a standard check up. Waited to be contacted but never was. Fast forward a year and I went in for safety glasses and regular glasses and it's been a week longer than expected with no comfort of when I'm going to receive my new glasses. My old glasses were broken and they never even detailed this in my notes. Here I am with taped and glued glasses hoping to receive a call saying I can get my glasses and still waiting. The lab stated there's one lab for multiple locations which isn't my concern as a customer. Maybe they need to hire more people at the lab. Over a year ago I would have recommended these guys to anyone but now I'm second guessing. Maybe I'll order from Zenni or Glassesusa.com next time. I get my order in 2 weeks or less from them.

Horrible experience. Was treated like a quick lube oil change place that just wants to up sell you everything. Had 2 must haves, safety glasses and made to look at computer screens all day. Neither was met and now I have over a thousand dollar paper weight that I can not use and zero response to do anything. Not open Fridays which is the only day I could go without taking time off. Do yourself a favor, go to Clear View Vision Center and have the best experience of home town care you can get. These guys ate up all the insurance at $641 and another $460 out of pocket when I paid Clear View $450 cash for everything. More importantly, they are exactly what I needed. I canceled the payment and will refuse to pay anything until something is done. I now know why there is no email and only a phone number to contact them. Avoiding a paper trial 101.
