The staff here are outstanding -- friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond, even making room for emergency appointments when you need help fast. I felt supported and well taken care of throughout my visits. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for reliable, compassionate eye care.

I want to say Thank You to Dr. Derick and his staff. They really do care about their customers! They went above and beyond in their care. I give them my highest regards. I have been there twice, once with my mother and once with my husband. He was so nice and patient with my mother and explaining things to her. Then they went out of their way to help us find a retinologist that takes our insurance for my husband. I have never been so impressed with a doctor and his employees in my life! Thank you so much, you are all great! Keep up the good work! You really do care about your patients and it shows!

I took my son here for his first eye exam and they were absolutely wonderful with him. He is 7 and they were just fantastic with him. Not only did Dr. V do a thorough exam and had great bedside manner, he interacted with him wonderfully. I would recommend this facility to anyone and the support staff were also very professional and also interacted wonderfully with my son. We will for sure be back for any of our eye care needs!

Derek the optometrist was very thorough with the eye exam. The gal taking measurements for the optic center of the lenses did a top notch job. The lab did a great job with the the prescription. Picking the glasses up was a breeze. We did a great job working together.

I followed Dr. V here because he was very thorough with my eye exam and just a great "bedside" manner. He listens to you and takes care of any questions. The staff is awesome! So friendly and helpful! They all make you feel like family!

From my previous issue with Clear view,(Tony) I have decided to take my business elsewhere, and told Tony this. I had requested in an email to have my daughter's perscription mailed to us. My wife did not know this and called today to ask for it. The lady that answered the phone was very nice at first. Once she realized my wife's connection to me she became very toned and abrupt. Tony picked up the call and told my wife, in an abrupt manner that He already mailed it and hung up on my wife. She was unaware that I had emailed them. She wanted to pick it up today so that she could order the contacts for our daughter. Now they are treating my family in this way to punish me. Very vindictive! Tony should be more professional.

I saw this eye doctor at IEC and happily followed him. He gives great care, is attentive to your needs and graciously gives me my perscription which I am free to use at his office or anywhere else. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff. They do a great job!
