CLARITY EYECARE LLP

I was really happy with the overall Customer Service at Clarity during my annual check up today. Kelly was super informative and friendly as she did the initial testing, explaining to me what she was doing at each step. Dr. Scott, as always, was friendly and casual, but to the point and professional. A total THUMBS UP!

This was my first time at this eye dr. When entering the lady up front was very inviting and makes you feel comfortable right away. Even though they were short stashed, I went through all of the protesting rather quickly. The Dr had me go back in my room and asked if it was ok to bring my nephews and best friend in and he said sure! He ran me so fast through the eye test. I've always hated this part because previous drs do it slow to the point I'm blurry by the end. I walked out with confidence that my eyes were in good hands! I brought my own frames that I bought, so I only had to pay for the lenses. They said give them 2 weeks. Well it's only been 6 days and my glasses are ready! I've requested my prescription be put in with my glasses for pickup so I can order my own contacts. The office doesn't do contacts. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Clarity staff are great with communication and the Scott is always super attentive to concerns you may have for yourself or a family member. Happy we switched when we did so we could continue to give our kids the best care possible.

This is a great eye care place! They are very thorough & listen to your concerns. Dr. Scott has a great personality with kids making them feel comfortable. The support staff is very friendly & great to work with as well.

Wonderful eye care center! All staff are very pleasant and helpful. I also received a quality and thorough eye exam and all my questions were answered. In no way did I feel rush or hurried. I would recommend them for all you eye needs.
