Made the sale but lost this customer. My glasses just weren't quite right but I gave them 30 days so I could adjust. After 30 day's I went in and told them they still weren't feeling right. They convinced me to give it another 30 days. After another 30 days, they still weren't right and asked them to please do something about it. "I'm sorry, it's past your 30 days. There's nothing we can do about it now." I have never gone back.

We were visiting from out of state and my daughter's frames got bent. American Eyecare assured us they would help even though we didn't purchase the glasses from their store. Lynn was fantastic! She made a few adjustments to make sure that the frames fit my daughter and then cleaned them off for her. If you need or are thinking about glasses, based on my (albeit limited) interaction with this location, I strongly urge you to come in!
