Walmart Vision & Glasses

I walked in with a broken nose piece on a pair of glasses that were not purchased at Walmart. An employee named Shawna immediately waited on me and was so helpful in finding frames that would fit my lenses. She was sensitive to my style and cost efficiency. I will be doing more business at the Keokuk Vision Center in Walmart. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.

This is my second pair of glasses in five years from Walmart. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I had always went to the same eye doctor here in town since I was a teenager, and have ALWAYS been prescribed stronger and stronger lenses EVERY SINGLE TIME I got new glasses. Five years ago I took my current prescription from that eye doctor to Walmart just to get glasses because they would cost well over $1000 at my then eye doctor. I decided to have Dr. Thibon do an exam too so he could compare each doctor's prescriptions. When I showed him my script from my lifetime eye doctor, he said, "You do not need a prescription this strong." I took his advice and went with what he prescribed, and the glasses were PERFECT! That was five years ago. Today, July 27th, is the second time my new glasses have actually NOT increased in strength, and Dr. Thibon is to thank! I pay less than half for everything compared to my former eye doctor. The staff are all very professional and friendly to me and everyone I know who goes there. I very much like to support local businesses, but I believe my vision was being deliberately destroyed for 40 years! My new glasses that I just got today, July 27th, are less strong than my previous ones, and everything is just perfect! I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about anyone or anything from my Walmart Vision experience and purchase. I'm a forever customer!

My husband had broken his glasses and he is a truck driver, so it was of the utmost importance to get another pair of frames fast! I called the Keokuk, Ia Walmart supercenter and Gabby answered all of my questions was extremely courteous and even found out if we could park the rig there. When we arrived she immediately found a replacement set of frames that fit his lenses and looked great on him. She got his lenses transferred to the new pair and cleaned them, had him then try them on to see if any adjustments needed to be made. She was outstanding and we will definitely go back. Thank you Gabrielle you really went above and beyond!

I am so impressed with the employee at Keokuk, IA Vision Center. They are cordial and helpful. Dr. Thibbon is a wonderful eye doctor.

Been going here for a few years and am very happy with the service I have received. Dr. Thibon is very good. Highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for my granddaughter, called back and canceled because of the rude and uncaring attitude of Courtney . It seemed as though I was interrupting her morning.

A lady named kera or kara was rude and not helpful at all acted as if she didn't need me there so she made it easy to decide never to go there again
