Elite Eye Care - Norwalk

This was my first adult eye appointment ever. When I was seen, I was surprised by how advanced the technology they seemed to use was (I'm sure it's like standard eye doctor stuff these days) but I asked tons of questions about it and they patiently answered each one throughout the appointment. I saw Dr Asman. She was very kind, very informative, and also patiently answered many questions I had. Everyone involved made it an actually fun experience, I felt like I had a good time. The visit was 3 hours but I never really felt like it was taking too long because they made it a positive experience. I also had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong, I'm so sorry, I should have asked for spelling) when I was picking out frames. She was GREAT, and also made it fun. She seemed to really like her job (in fact everyone seemed to like their job, which is always nice) and was really into trying out different styles to see what we thought looked best. Never once did I feel like she thought I was taking too long or trying to rush me through the process. I will say that I did not expect buying glasses to be so complicated, it was almost like buying a car with all of the options and stuff available, but never did I feel pressured into buying something that I didn't want. She also took the time to 'run the numbers' for the final cost a couple different ways (apparently Elite Eye Care offers some of their own discounts or something? IDK it was a lot so I can't recall specifics) to ensure that I received the best cost to me. All in all, was WAY better experience than I expected it to be, so I will absolutely be a return patient.

Everyone at Elite Eye Care in both the Waukee and Norwalk are the best!! I have been going here for years.
