We came a few years ago when my son was 5 and again this year, now 7. Dr. Anderson was incredibly patient and kind with both him and my 4 year old daughter who tagged along. Everyone at the front desk was also incredibly patient when my kids were both trying on all the glasses. Great experience.

Great experience with all the staff and the optometrist. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me get contacts quickly after I foolishly waited until the last minute and was going to run out before a trip. The optometrist, John, was very kind, knowledgeable, and nice to talk to.

Had some foliage under my eyelid and the got it out and I was all good. The staff were very kind and social. Would recommend.

I've been coming here for years. They're always great about working me in around my busy schedule. Office staff is kind and attentive. Both doctors are great to work with. I no longer live in Norwalk but happily drive from outer WDM to continue going here for my eye needs.

I've been going here for a few years and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!

Been with them for a couple years, now, but have finally had it with them. Set up an appointment with Dr. O'Meara and next available was over a month away so I said "fine". Over two weeks later they said that I would not be able to see him on the scheduled date that we had set up and the next available would be yet another month. I told them forget it, I was going to find a new eye doctor. All they could say was, "I'm very sorry, sir, have a good day". I'd look elsewhere; Google "eyecare of iowa - south" they have GREAT reviews, are not that far from Norwalk, and got me in the day I called to ask when I would be able to schedule an appointment.
