Oskaloosa Vision Center

I have been a patient at Oskaloosa Vision Center for over a decade. The staff is very helpful, from the front desk, to the glasses department, and Dr. Walker has been wonderful. They listen to your concerns, help with eye problems, & do everything possible to help. Great service!

If I could give them less stars I would I waited weeks for my appointment and I showed up I was running a couple minutes late but they checked me in took my insurance card but after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room they told me they weren't going to do my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. So I confronted them and said I was only 5 minutes late when they than said they don't have to honor any appointment that is late. But Kim at the desk was horribly rude when telling me all this. I can't believe they made me wait almost half and hour to not even help me I will be submitting a report to the better business bureau.

I got a pair of safety glasses thru them. Once I got them I hated them. Called to return them and they said take up with my safety team at work. I got an allowance thru an employer of 250. I paid 98 dollars outta pocket because it was the only pair of glasses I liked. Just wanted my 98 dollars back.

I can't believe the customer service here it's absolutely appalling. I have never in my 39 years of life experienced the level of disrespect from the receptionist woman with white hair. I most definitely won't be returning and will now go to Walmart. What a shame I can't support this small business.

Been there multiple times for getting stuff in my eyes. They helped me a LOT! I even used the after hours emergency number and was responded to immediately and my eye was fixed in less than 45 minutes after hours. Highly recommend

Got a piece of metal in my eye and was able to be gotten in quickly had it removed all within one hour. Very pleased and much more comfortable now!

It takes 6 weeks to get an appointment. The frames are cheaply made and the customer service has a lot to be desired.

Dr.s are great! Staff has repaired glasses several times. Would recommend their services.
