Walmart Vision & Glasses

This place has the kindest and most helpful staff. Our order was lost a week ago and the manager rush ordered another pair of glasses and refunded our order over the ordeal. Just getting the glasses alone was more than enough, but she went above and beyond and I am so thankful for the kindness of this place. We will definitely return in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to fully investigate any issues or concerns they discover. They are great about answering questions. When picking out frames they offer honest feedback and aren't just looking to make a sale. They truly want you to look and feel confident in your choice of frames. The vision center is always decorated for each holiday creating a fun and welcoming environment.

Tried forcing the most expensive contacts on my 14 year old daughter. I fought and fought with them. Finally got her the cheeper brand,and then they now have no record of that and are ordering and Charing me for the more expensive brand. Very unorganized. Don't actually seem to know what they are doing and when you say so they get all offended. Not my fault you can't get it together. Definitely going elsewhere next year.paid for contacts that haven't shown up and the lady says "it will take me some time to figure it out can I call you back"? OMG so not professional at all.
