this place is a joke i've been wearing contacts for the better part of 20 years and never have i had to make an appointment to try on trials. you do here i mean they either fit good and you can see or they don't how hard is it the staff is stuck up you won't feel welcome and the script in my right eye is so off i can see better with the lense out than in lmbo... ill never come here again... im sticking to eye mart where i should've have gone to begin with they always do a good job once they get me corrected here im buying my contacts from eye mart and putting this experience in the rear view! don't waste your time folks

Arrived for my scheduled appointment 5 minutes early. Went through 3 different people trying to explain that I was not filing thru insurance. Sat there for 40 minutes when they come out and say I was late for my appointment. I was early, your staff being inadequate does not make me late. Do not recommend at all!!!

The staff are so nice from the receptionist to the provider. They have a routine from checking in to checking out and it flows very well.

Great Experience! Katie who helped me pick out my glasses was the absolute best! She took her time and was honest with me about what looked good and bad. Greatly appreciated that. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Left feeling fully taken care of and I can't wait to get my glasses!

I've been going here for about 6 years now and the staff are always friendly, however I suck at picking out glasses. Katie was great in helping me choose the correct pair and features! She was very understanding as well since I'm sure I took a lot of her time. Wonderful doctor as well as front desk staff.

Arrived for my appointment and checked in. Waited an hour. I walked up to the desk and was asked if I had been seen yet. Not sure if I was forgotten on purpose or genuine mistake, I rescheduled for the following week so I could go back to work. I received a text a few hours later stating that I missed my appointment. Hopefully others have a better experience.

We recently ordered a pair of glasses that our daughter didn't end up liking at all. The frames just seemed bigger on her face than we remembered. They graciously reordered the lenses in her old frames that she liked better. We were very happy they worked with her until she had something she was comfortable with. Very helpful people.

I just have to share, the girl named Katie that works there she was so nice to my son, and so patient with him. Amazing customer service. Just an over all good person. I will recommend everyone to the ottumwa eye clinic. :)
