The provider was nice and I did not wait long for my appointment to be called. However, the front desk staff are rude and not knowledgeable or organized. They treated me like my question was a terrible hassle rather than their job. My first appointment they had me pay at the front desk. I called ahead to ask how much my next appointment would be so I could be prepared and her initial answer was "I have no idea". Finally got an answer but she continued to be short with me. Apparently asking if there is a separate charge for the contact lenses and the training appointment is an inconvenience for her. Didn't even respond to my thank you goodbye. Not the first issue I've had but I let it slide the first time.
