Doctor was doing exam and his face was touching mine. It's two businesses in one and so insurance didn't cover appointment. Lenses and frames weren't an option because they supposedly didn't take my insurance. Scheduled appointment online because calling and getting through is a hassle. Wish I would have known before my appointment about the insurance issue. Don't recommend unless you like your personal space intruded on and not being able to use your insurance and have to pay out of pocket. Opticians weren't friendly at all. I'm assuming if you're 60+ they would treat you better. Definitely won't be returning.

Their billing department is really messed up. They cannot get their act together. For the last three years, we have had nothing but problems not with the doctor, but with their billing.

I recently had my1st appointment@Eye Care Partners,P.C.&it was an overall Great Experience! From the time I walked in,throughout the appointment,with the receptionist,techs&doctor,it was a very positive experience throughout,start to finish! I was able to get a appointment quickly,which was greatly appreciated.The staff members were all very caring, knowledgeable&thorough. I highly recommend the eye care professionals@Eye Care Partners,P.C.!

Dr Browne is great. However, customer service and billing is an issue. Was told they took my insurance and I paid my copay at time of service. 4 weeks later, I received a bill for 100 dollars and was told my insurance is out of network. Unless you are paying totally out of pocket anyway, I would go elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Browne was wonderful. She took the time to explain things to me. She had a lot of compassion, and seemed to truly care about her patients. I would definitely recommend her. She was the best eye doctor I have ever had.

EyeCare Partners, P.C. is an excellent provider in the community. The front staff are welcoming & greet you as you arrive & complete paperwork thoroughly. The pre-screening staff were professional & helpful. Dr. Vander Leest was excellent & gave me many options that best fit my eye care needs. I'd highly recommend EyeCare Partners, P.C.

Customers today are offered many alternatives, but my encounter at my EyeCare partner appointment was a WOW customer service experience. Each employee that I encountered, acted in a friendly, professional manner...from the front desk staff, the optometrist assistant, to Dr. Wayne VanderLeest. The employees were welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Thank you for the great customer service experience. This is why I return to Pella Iowa from Arizona for my healthcare!

There were friendly hello's when I walked into the office. I was helped by the receptionist right away. Poured a cup of coffee and had a couple cookies. Didn"t get my coffee finished before I was called to the exam room. Did the preliminary eyework and Dr. Hundt was there quite quickly. Dr Hundt does an excellent job of explaining her work and answers all questions I ask. Does not get in a hurry, and cares about my eye health.
