This the 4th set of frames I have been on and they have broken different sets and again a different pair last year replaced dr Houston is great but the frames for my insurance have been an issue. And they just broke again over the weekend so I now have try get them replaced and I haven't even had the said frames in less than a year

Haven't been able to get a call back in 3 weeks. Voicemail is now full so it doesn't even ring to reach a live person. Very poor customer service. All I need is a copy of my prescription, so I move my business with someone else.
I have already tried filling that form out to be contacted. This will now be my 2nd attempt. Having my only contact in weeks be from a google review also isn't very settling. It also was displayed online as opened throughout the entire remodel.
