Got me in on time they did what they had to do without too much waiting between stages. Every one was kind and courteous.
The only issue was my paratransit ride forgot to pick me up .?I had to wait 2 3/4 hours in the waiting room, not any problem with the clinic at all.

I was told by des moines eye surgeons to call you guys as I thought this was the last place I was seen. When the receptionist answered the phone I was treated very weirdly she couldn't find my records(which is okay I understand that) but the lady got an attitude when i was just asking questions to see if I was in the right place and to see if you guys did specific exams. I wasn't trying to just walk in... I was only inquiring about the tests I am in need of for neurologic issues. I'm hoping this will be reviewed and you guys talk to your team about having a better approach next time as I was looking for guidance on this situation, I've already called 5 places before this everywhere else was super helpful.
