Great experience both visits! Dr.Jones was very thorough. He kindly took the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend him to others. Dr.Jones staff also did a great job in helping during my visit. I am trying some lenses that I had never worn before, with that comes the part of adjusting to feeling something different in your eyes and understanding that. Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing. I ended up being a "work-in" after noticing a significant decrease in vision. The receptionists were polite and happily fit me in. The technicians In the back made me feel at ease, very soft spoken, and we're very thorough during the screening process. Last but not least my visit with Dr Jones was brief, but he was very efficient, makes sure his patients understands their particular diagnosis, what may/may not happen, and what can be done. Even during a pandemic the WK eye clinic was not only following the CDC & state guidelines but they did it with a smile which makes us patients feel more comfortable!

Everything about my experience at Dr Jones' office was professional and everyone there was friendly. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience with my nurse and Dr Jones, as well. I didn't feel rushed; like other eye doctor experiences I have had. They took their time with me and answered all of my questions. I am definitely going to continue to use his office and also recommend Dr Jones to othere people in need of his services.

I went in for a routine exam and I was very impressed by the way Dr. Jones and nurses treated my case. I have used prescription glasses since the age of 2 and have seen many Doctors. However I had never been explained to detail on my condition until last week that I was seen by Dr. Jones. He was very professional and actually cared to go over absolutely everything with me and even requested additional test to really dig into understanding and analyzing my condition.

Everybody was amazing. From the lovely techs to Dr. Jones. From the welcoming & assuring atmosphere & people to the thorough/precise service itself. With the hows & whys of every step being explained, in simple terms, along the way. I left with a LOT more of an understanding of how my eyes/vision operate. It was a great experience & so much respect to Dr. Jones for his obvious commitment to this craft. Thank you to all of y'all that were there!!

Dr Jones and Staff ware Awesome People!!! They were very nice, Respectful and Professional. The Tech that did my eye Exam was Awesome and explained Everything she was doing before she did it!!!! It was my first time going there, but definitely not my Last Dr Jones is my new Eye Doctor!!!!
