First time appointment, I drove one hour from my house to there just to be told they make a mistake on my appointment date, so just I'm sorry don't pay for my time and gas wasted, I'll go to a different business where they pay attention to what they talk on the phone. Good luck!!!

Friendly staff and prompt with appointments. Prescription was not right, I called after 4 months of trying to just adjust to the new glasses. They had me come in and they adjusted the bows and said I was beyond their warranty period. I understand that, but felt like maybe they could have at least made sure the glasses were actually made correctly. Or possibly worked with me on a solution. Vision is critical and glasses are expensive!! I am disappointed in their lack of concern for my problem, and now worthless pair of $1000+ glasses. I always dread eye exams..... pick 1 or 2, over and over and over......, with this exam I thought, WOW......that was easy! Perhaps not a very thorough exam??

Dr. Winterboer and her team are excellent professionals, yet they are friendly, and easy going. I always look forward to my eyecare visits with them because I know they will be kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. I am hard to fit, with astigmatism, yet I refuse to wear glasses, and Dr. Winterboer has worked very hard to make sure I see as well as possible with contacts. She adjusts me with painstaking exactitude to insure my distance and close up vision are both top notch. I do not have to wear reading glasses, unlike most people my age, because she works with me to ensure my correction is perfect. I really appreciate her, and her team. You will, too!

I Love Total Family Eye Care. My Partner and I are new consumers of Total Family Eye Care, but Dr. Winterboer and her great staff treated us like we have been with them for years. They listened to us, kind and patient (and anyone who knows me knows much patients is needed or is that tolerance) and fitted us with spectacular Eye Wear. I have a specific Eye Wear need because of work and the great staff of Total Family Eye Care fit me perfectly. I'm now comfortable at work with my glasses and headset on. O' yeah, my Partner is happy too. Thank You Dr. Winterboer and Staff for making our experience comfortable and for sure lasting.

Terrible service. Did not get to my appointment on time. As well gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S contacts prescription! Kept me waiting multiple times for an extensive amount of time. Please do not be deceived by positive reviews. The only positive about this place is the friendliness of the optometrist and staff .
