Very pleasant experience. The Dr. And receptionist are very welcoming. Walked in on Friday without an appointment and was seen for a very thorough eye exam. Bought leneses and frames as well. Was recommended by Payless Optical. Already made my next year's appointment!

I chose this office because I was assured they were in-network with my insurance. I even called ahead to confirm my insurance information was entered correctly since I can't afford unexpected costs. I do have insurance, so paying out of pocket should not have been necessary -- I just needed an in-network provider. After arriving, I was told they were not actually in network, and I had to cover the full cost myself. Had I been told otherwise, I would have contacted my insurance company directly. This situation was very frustrating and avoidable.

Dr shenoda is the best. My Mom has dementia and doesn't even remember the letters of the alphabet. I don't even know how he was able to do the eye exam, but he was always patient, and thorough. He has experience in his field. I'm so glad we had him as our Dr.

I walked in and got right in for a very thorough eye exam Dr and receptionist were so professional.Im 70 yrears old and I've never had such a good exam.Dr found out I have cataracts on both eyes and got me into Wolf clinic .Was price wise great .I highly recommend this place.And there Christians.

I needed an emergency visit to see an ophthalmologist on a Saturday afternoon. I am newer to Iowa and found this to be the only place open with an actual eye doctor.
Dr. Shenouda was very friendly over the phone when I first called. After we arrived, he gave me a very thorough exam and proved to be very knowledgeable about my temporary medical condition.
The experience was so pleasant, both my husband and I have decided to use him for our annual eye exams.
