I am 69 years of age, and yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Johnson. I am also a quadriplegic and use a power wheelchair. This is the first time that I did not feel awkward maneuvering my power wheelchair e.g getting through the doors, the waiting area was large and in the exam room they were able to move the exam chair with ease so my power wheelchair could back in.
I noticed more diversity in the staff which creates a calming atmosphere. All the staff that I interacted with were pleasant and respectful. All the eye tests were completed in a private room.
Dr. Johnson was professional and down to earth. I will definitely returned to Dr. Johnson.

Dr Johnson is always very personal and thorough with my diagnosis. I did feel very embarrassed that when doing my eye exam since I felt the lady was very frustrated with me "changing my mind" guessing the row of letters. I couldn't see the letters so I felt compelled to give her an answer. She was very short with me! I did feel better with all of the other people as always have been kind and patient.
