Dr. Knox is extremely kind and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to help his patients! He is one of the best doctors I have ever met.

After dealing with the big box stores and offices where your pushed through. This is the place for me. Owner operated and great staff. Only place I will ever see again.

Went in for an eye exam. Exam felt extremely rushed. The guy doing the exam made a decent amount of snarky remarks about how each thing he was gonna cost more money and how I need to stop taking so long trying to figure out which slides I could see better with. Got to the point he was flicking them so quickly I got lightheaded, and he decided to cut my exam short, while still giving me a prescription. After going and getting glasses from a place that had some I actually liked, I find that the prescription he gave me is totally wrong. Seems like the entire time I was there all that was on his mind was my money, and not to actually help my eyesight. If you wanna feel rushed, and like all you are is a dollar sign, this is definitely the place for you!

This is the first time I visited an optometrist in the last 10 years and I have to say that I felt warm right when I met Dr Knox caught off guard a bit with the humor but it was great and it was very welcoming took me out of my autopilot of the day and I just had a great experience overall and it was nice. Highly recommended

The absolute nicest Dr. and Staff I've experienced from any medical professional. Wonderful with our kids, and very helpful with any and all questions. If you aren't coming here for your eye care needs you are messing up.

Dr. Knox is great with my son and I. He offers free glasses adjustments, if I come in with a question or concern, he answers it no matter what, and he is very kind. His staff is very helpful and accommodating as well. Their prices are affordable, and insurance filing is done in a timely fashion. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
