New View Family Eyecare

New View offers a very comprehensive and thorough eye exam, which shows indicators of a multitude of health issues. Highly recommend Dr. Kaila Egan and her staff. I've been going there for several years.

Dr. Egan and her staff are very professional and thorough. I have been a patient since she acquired the practice. I have always been very happy with her care and recommendations. She does not push unnecessary care, but explains options so you can make your own choices. I highly recommend Dr. Egan.

Overall: would recommend! I had an eye exam with Dr. Egan and was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Egan and her staff were all very friendly and provided a welcoming environment. Performing the eye exam- staff ensured the equipment was sanitized before use, and walked you through each test. Going over results- Dr. Egan was extremely personable, and explained everything thoroughly. I will be recommending to others!

Professional, friendly and affordable. Everyone is kind and in a good mood. They get you in on time and appointments go by fairly quickly. Dr Eagen is easy to talk to and direct with answers. Decent selection of frames for a low cost. Quick turn around with orders. They also accepted my insurance that a lot of places around the Cedar Valley could not! 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Eagan was the only eye doctor that listened to me when i told her i was struggling with the contact prescription. She did something other doctors won't and that was switch the contacts right eye to left eye and left to right. She knows what she is talking about my vision was so much better by doing this I can't remember her reasoning for it but II have had to go to a closer doctor because i moved and he will not do it so I want to come back to where I am comfortable especially being diabetic. I also struggle with glaucoma test and had a bad reaction to it so she was just fine taking pictures of the back of my eye and this other doctor said I cannot do it even though i saw them once already and they did it. I am less than impressed and have totally felt comfortable with Dr Eagan. I highly recommend her. My kids need to get their eye exams. She is the on who diagnosed my son with zero depth perception wish other doctors would have caught that sooner in his sports career. Anyway she is great!!!!!

Really friendly, professional staff. They helped myself and my wife pick out our glasses. They explained all the lenses and options available without leaving us feeling pressured into getting unnecessary lense additions. Highly recommend this place! Great service!
