This is my first time here and I had a great experience. My appointment was online but still felt like a typical procedures as an "in-person" one. I also appreciate Nancy, she was very helpful with the tons of questions I had about the lenses, frames and she went above and beyond showing different types on lenses and was always friendly when I asked her to do new quotes for me. She was great :)

This is the best place to go for affordable, high quality eye care! I received an eye exam and purchased two pairs of glasses that I love for less than $100. I could conveniently fill out all the paperwork online ahead of time, which made the whole process smoother for everyone. And all of the staff were patient, kind, and helpful! I was helped by Brenda at checkout, who was polite and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend this place to others!

I felt like a number that they were just trying to push me through. They were not personable as I did not even know that the person who was talking to me was the doctor. I have an eye problem and they didn't even seemed to care as they just kept zooming through the process. They were nice people and fast if that's what you are looking for but not a place for people with any kind of eye problems out of the normal population.

I'm a first time customer that's extremely busy during the work week. It's hard to find places open on the weekends but they're open Mondays to Sundays. My glasses were ready within 7 days from my eye exam which was alot earlier than the 2 week estimate.

My son had his eye exam on September 26th, they told me his glasses were going to be ready not later than October 12th, that they will call me when they're ready. Today I stopped at the store to see if they're ready and and just one pair was, but nobody called me at least to say that they were late, is October 16th it's been 20 days and they're not. Usually it takes no more than 7 business days. I feel a little disappointed. One time the person that helped me at the end was trying to offer me some expensive additions don't remember what, but I said "I'm fine thanks" and she responded: "Well I guess you don't care about your vision!"... She was rude!

GLASSEs prescription is so wrong. Maybe it was the fact that I was the only patient in the entire place? The optometrist loud talked and interrupted me treated me like I couldnt hear. when I kept asking what line/ letter to recite. She kept loud talking/ rushing and interrupting me saying it doesnt matter? LIKE it was all about HER and HER TIME. Its mattered to all my other eye doctors? Seriously i spent hundreds. Its been a few months and time got away with me. I pretty much knew the script was wrong when I left. NOTE: keep your voice down, dont interrupt and patronize customers. Not everyone is elderly with hearing issues.

The office had to reschedule my appointment due to the doctor being sick. Not a problem, things happen. When rescheduling I was asked if I would be okay with a remote appointment or if I wanted in person with the doctor. I specifically stated I wanted in person.
When I showed up for my appointment today, I was asked if I was aware that it would be remote. I told the receptionist that I had asked for in person. She told me I would either need to keep the remote appointment or reschedule again because they did not have any availability with the doctor.
