Not only was my surgeon thorough in explaining the procedure he was friendly and approachable. The staff was excellent...everyone was friendly not just with patients but with each other as well. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and working together. They paid attention to every detail, offering warm blankets and making sure we understood exactly what would happen. The IV needle they had to place in my hand was done so well I could barely find the hole where it was inserted. A very professional and enjoyable experience for something that would seem otherwise nerve racking.

Would like to thank Dr Casady and his staff for his work on my procedure that I had done to remove cancerous growth on my lower eyelid. Of course I was nervous about having this done, but am thankful for his knowledge and skill getting me sewn back up and on my way! Recovery went well and is healing as it is supposed to be!! Thanks also to the staff ( nurses and others in the clinic) for their help during the follow-up exam. Appreciate you all!!! Professional overall and a very nice environment to be in considering it was a nervous time for me. Thank you all again!!!

I really like this place. It is very updated with all recent technology. The staff are kind and helpful and the doctors are the best. They answer my questions very throughly and expand thier explanations so you get complete and accurate responses. I feel grateful I go here. And would highly recommend it to others seeking care. When I leave there I feel good, because I know I got great care and am confident in my physician who gave it.

Place used to be stellar and great doctors and staff. Not anymore! My doctor retired and I had to wait 6 months for a new doctor that they assigned to me and I was not able to choose myself. Finally was seen a month ago. Doctor was very intelligent but really didn't listen to me and what I mentioned was going on or what worked before. Weeks later I called stating I was having problems and I suggested maybe trying a medication that had worked literally 100 times previously for me. Was denied that medication. Told to do nothing but OTC drops and another eye drop that I mentioned wasnt working currently at all. Waited another 2 weeks. Called again and left message asking for help as was worsening. No call back. Called the next day left another message. Still no call back. Called for a third time. By this time I was super annoyed and angry and I admit was cross with the male receptionist. What I got back from the receptionist was rudeness, that no one could see me for a year(didn't need an appointment needed a doctor to help me), any doctor) and that doctors were leaving and he was literally telling me that there wasn't ANY doctor there that was available to help me over the phone. Really?? No one?? Unbelievably horrible customer service. Literally crying because no one would help me. I finally scheduled with a whole new office as will never trust this place again. Wolfe Eye Clinic used to be top notch. Now its gone to hell!!

Wolfe Eye Clinic is top notch! The staff work together so well and everyone is so kind and friendly. When I had my surgeries for my eyes the entire crew worked like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with how seamless the process was. I can't say enough good things about Dr Merrick! This man is the whole package. He has perfect bedside manner as well as being super smart and confident and caring! Made we comfortable with him immediately and continued after both surgeries. All was well. Treated professionally with compassion and kindness.The only reason my rating was four instead of five was due to the seeming long wait time, but you were really busy. (But you deal with emergencies, so I know that can happen.)

I'm so grateful for the care I've received at Wolfe Eye Clinic. I presented at age 45 with a naturally occurring detached retina that had fully separated from the macula. Dr. Strohbehn and the retina team were skilled in repairing the damage. They've also been patient in answering my questions and calming my fears about any oddities in my vision. Additionally, Dr. Simpson expertly removed a cataract from that same eye 15 months later. My functional vision has been restored, seeing nearly 20/20. Thank you, Wolfe Eye Clinic!

I felt I had a very thorough eye exam. Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable from the time I checked in until the time I left. They didn't rush me nor was there a long wait time between various aspects of the exam. They were able to answer any questions I had. I particularly appreciated the time Lee Witt took answering specific questions I had about my vision and eye health. Thank you all!
