Ashworth Vision Clinic

I highly recommend this vision clinic. They explained every test they were running and answered my questions thoroughly. I can't speak to their selection of glasses and prices as I'm unsure of where I'm going to purchase. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I asked before scheduling an appointment if they take my insurance.They said they did. Had to wait a month to get in then. When I get there and give them my insurance minutes before my appointment. They say while they take my insurance, it will not cover me for basic exam. Then, they continue to tell me that a basic exam starts at 300 plus dollars. Since when does a basic exam cost three hundred plus dollars?? They had a very I don't really care attitude. I WILL NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER. I needed to get on to get a determination on a medical procedure and I am a welder For An ag. Company that depends on me being able to see but that doesnt matter to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER PLACE!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scheetz for many years and recommend her without any reservation. She is a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. Recently I developed a very concerning issue with my right eye over the weekend. Fearing the worst, I called early on Monday morning. Dr. Scheetz was not available so the clinic scheduled me with Dr. Welsch who I was also VERY impressed with. I highly recommend the Ashworth Vision Clinic. They are a great team!

As a long-time patient, I appreciate the consistent high level of care. The support staff are cohesive, efficient, and courteous, ensuring a comfortable and valued experience for patients. Overall, I'm impressed with the exceptional service and care provided by the entire team.

Dr. Welsch is very helpful in explaining what's going on with the eyes. I have learned a lot from him. I appreciate all the front and back staff!

Family has been going here for years and love Dr. Scheetzs and every other physician we have seen in the past 10 years! Met Ashley Valencic recently, disturbed by the knowledge shared with patients "blood pressure meds thin your blood in a way." They do not. She has a flat affect and did not explain things clearly either even when questioned.

Always pleasant, courteous staff and a clean comfortable office. Very thorough exam and the doctor explains things very well.

Dr was fantastic, friendly and knowledgable, when he gave me my eye exam. But I gave one star because staff would not measure my pupillary distance so that I could buy glasses that I can afford. They said it is not part of my prescription. Many quality eye care facilities will provide it even if not a patient! I will be finding a new eye clinic:)
