I had an eye exam yesterday, and the experience was amazing! The office is clean, modern, and beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind and took so many thorough scans of my eyes. What I really appreciated was that you leave with a clear understanding of your eye health -- the doctor walks you through all the scans in detail, and the technician explains exactly what each one is checking for. I'm looking forward to getting LASIK soon and feel confident I'll be well taken care of. They truly made me feel like part of the family!

First time at this practice, went in for an eye exam, I wanted a more thorough exam, front desk staff met me with a warm smile, not much paper work as they offer online patient check-in and patient information option. I was taken to an examination large room that had all the lastest eye exam equipment, )it was like a circuit training room). I went through a number of tests, much more than the eye exams I have had in the past. After each exam, I noticed the tech would do a quick sterile wipe down, those exams took about 30-45 min, next, I was taken to a smaller room with more equipment. Waited about 2-3 min till Dr and Tech came in. I was greeted by the Dr with a smile, hand shake( now a days, doctors come in with their heads down in their iPads and are in a big rush to get the visit over and on to the next patient). Doctor asked about concerns or questions, I went through some more tests,, after the tests were done, we talked about the results in layman's words. I can say it was the most thorough eye exam I personally have had that I can remember.

I've truly never enjoyed going to a dr's appointment this much. I'm usually quite anxious to go to the dr but this place really relaxed me. The environment is calming, the techs are all so kind and you can tell they genuinely care about you & your health, the dr listened to my questions and explained things in a way that I understood easily. Feeling much better about my eyes after this, and I got a cookie for the road home! Will be recommending to my friends and family!
