Greg is extremely talented at his job! I have worn glasses for years and always have to take someone with me to help me pick them out. I've gone to Greg at Pearl Vision the last three times I've gotten glasses. This last time I didn't take anybody with me. I trusted Greg enough to know I would get a pair that looked great on me. Then to add to it he's very personable when it comes to his customer service. You don't really feel like a customer you feel like more part of the family. He's helped me out multiple times over the years with small issues I've had here and there with my glasses. I would highly recommend anybody to go to Pearl Vision at Valley West Mall.

I now refer to Greg as 'the oracle' because going there felt like it was a little out of a sci-fi story. You walk through the apocalyptic mall (empty storefronts) to reach Greg who's the only employee there -- and wow he really knows his stuff! This was my fourth attempt at progressive glasses and with Greg's (many) years of experience and attention to detail, he was confident even when I had my doubts. Now that I have my progressives, they've honestly improved my quality of life. I'm so excited to be able to see (super) clearly both near and far! I haven't taken them off since I got them. Thank you so much Greg (the oracle!) and I highly recommend!!

Pearl Vision in Valley West Mall has been my the only eye wear store that I've gone to for the past 10 years. The customer service is always exceptional. The sales staff are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about their lenses, frames and insurance. I really appreciate how they refer to past prescriptions to make sure they are consistent with previous ones. As a matter of fact last year they caught an inconsistency in my prescription where in all my previous prescriptions I had a stigmatism that wasn't accounted for on my current one and after going back to my doctor it was corrected. This is why I continue coming back, attention to detail matters. Thank you Pearl Vision!
