Physicians Eye Clinic

My experience with Dr. Amspaugh and her team was great. Dr. Amspaugh's assistant, Sue was very nice. I felt Dr. Amspaugh and her assistant were both very caring and compassionate. My cataract surgery was very successful. The doctor explained everything carefully and wanted to make me as comfortable and at ease as possible. My only complaint is with the front desk. There are two receptionists. I dealt mostly with the person you immediately see on the left side of the desk while facing it. I literally got anxiety ever time I had to deal with her, and I had multiple appointments. I've never been treated so poorly, or so rudely by a front desk receptionist. Every time I went to check in. I was made to stand or sit & wait.

I called as a new patient with concerns. They worked me in same day. I was impressed with all staff I encountered and especially liked Dr Hassan. He was very thorough, listened to me, and explained his findings completely. I highly recommend this practice.

I was completely satisfied with every person I had contact with. Dr. Hassan was absolutely very informative regarding issues with my eyes and took great care in doing what was necessary to help me to see clearer. I look forward to my 2nd appointment next Friday.

Dr. Hassan is truly one of the most caring and attentive doctors I've ever met. He takes the time to really listen and makes sure every concern is addressed with patience and compassion. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being, which makes all the difference. We feel very fortunate to be under his care. He is professional, thorough, and truly dedicated to providing the best care. My grandma always praises him and says it's reassuring to know she is in such good hands. Thank you Dr. Hassan for being so wonderful!

I was referred to this clinic due to prolonged issues with headaches and something that popped up on mri. Was there for around 2 hours. They perform services without explanation of what's happening/charging for said services. They asked a bunch of questions about my contacts- asked why I didn't bring them or my glasses. I explained i was here because of mri results not for exam. Then note that the patient requested it. When the patient didn't request it.Then send you unexpected bills. The dr will tell you that MRI's are incorrect and don't read correctly. Then blame issues on weight. When calling to dispute the bill they said the dr documented so that's what right.THE DOCUMENATION THEY READ ME WAS THE ANSWERS TO HER ALL QUESTIONS. The prescription they tried telling me i was off terribly as I just had a regular eye exam a couple months before that appointment. I wouldn't suggest going to this clinic unless you have several hours to spare and money burning a hole in your pocket.

Dr. Amsbaugh and Sue have been wonderful each time I have come in for an appointment! Both of them have gone out of their way to help me and I can't tell you how much this means to me! They are the epitome of patience, love and tolerance!Dee Hummel

The lady that greeted me at the front desk was not friendly, did not smile, was very cold, bordering on rude. I love my DOC and the rest of the staff are wonderful, but this lady left a bad taste in my mouth. She needs to be retrained!!!
