I recently had an eye exam at the DeSoto Eye Care office and was very pleased with the service I received. I was in and out in good shape. The Dr. and the staff all took the time to answer my questions...explain my insurance benefits...and treated me like a valued customer. They didn't try to up-sell me like other vision centers I've been to...really tried to match my needs. My insurance takes 3 to 4 weeks to get new lenses in...and DeSoto Eye Care is turning it around in about a week...exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my experience so far.

Dr. Henderson, Lauren, and staff provide excellent eye care. I have been wearing glasses since I was in 4th grade and gone to various eye care offices. De Soto Eye Care is by far the best by a mile. They are prompt, helpful, responsive, friendly, thoughtful, and genuine. Lauren is so efficient, always a step ahead and makes sure everything is in order for you. Dr. Henderson makes sure you are in and out on time, while still doing a thorough job and spending time to answer all your questions. Highly recommended!
