About year and half ago Dr Pole did surgery in my eye for Cataract.
He recommended a lens called Vivity lens that is good for far, near and in between vision. He examined my eye first and told me I have mild cataract, Mod Astigmatism, and a condition called Strabismus. I pained $3000 for Vivity lens and it never worked for me. Now , I have depth perception, and some glaring problem with the sun light. I went back to him 3 times with my problem and every time he said everything is ok it takes some time for your brain to accept this new lens. Year and half later I still have the same problems. I consulted another eye Dr which said with your Strabismus Vivity lens would not be a good choice for you. Now I am trying to find another eye surgeon to take this lens out and put a Monofocal Toric IOL lens.

I see good reports but I had a different experience. I was not told what all the tests were about and the appointment was too long. I had a high blood pressure reading - which I could have told him would happen because it was a Blood Pressure Cuff I never had done well with. He demanded that I go get a reading right away and a blood sugar test. He said I could have a stroke, and a number of things. He and his Assistant kept hounding me. I did get a blood pressure reading and it went back to normal. I have never seen such pushy behavior. He showed me pictures of my eyes that were horrible. I have been upset for a few days. I would expect more explanation. I have normal readings and I had blood tested and I am not diabetic. I am considering making a complaint. Nothing made since when I am attacked. I went there for an eye exam - not a health evaluation. Not to be forced to go to my Doctor right way and made to feel like I did. I have had some medical training and I am not stupid. His assistant was also unprofessional. I never want to be in their office again!

I have been going to Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Anliker for seven plus years now for a flareup of shingles in my eye and they are very good about fitting me in if I call to let them know that I think I'm having a flareup. Yesterday I called at 8 o'clock and got in by 8:45 am. Great doctors.
