Farrelly Clinic

I came here on June 23 in the morning. The receptionist in the window A said he will be back with me shortly. Then he ran away for 30 minutes... It is so funny that right at the reception there is a poster "Have you been waiting for longer than 15 minutes? Please let the front desk know". It so funny, I would like to let the front desk know, but there is nobody at front desk and I am waiting for half an hour for this front desk... Just to clarify: I didn't wait for a doctor, I didn't wait for a procedure. I waited for the receptionist for half an hour! Just to ask a question... The good things to mention though are: - The doctor is friendly and qualified (though it took 3 weeks to get an appointment). - The facility is good and cozy.

9 years in the army and this is the only medical facility that I've seen turn sick soldiers away. If you don't have a sick call slip or prescreening from your unit you WILL NOT be seen. My first interaction with this facility was in November when I had already been sick for a month straight, decided to finally go get seen. I proceeded to sit at reception for 4 hours after checking in. I made the decision to leave without being seen due to soldiers arrive after me and be seen before me.

I had a great experience working with Nurse Kimberly at Farrelly Clinic. She truly cares for her patients and will bend backward to help as much as possible. She helped set up my referral immediately when I called and consistently checked in on me. Your hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, ma'am! Thank you for everything.

Disappointed by the lack of genuine care and compassion at this clinic. Our soldiers deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, but the atmosphere felt cold and rushed. It's disheartening to see those who've served being met with indifference instead of support. Improvements in staff attitude and patient communication are urgently needed.

I've had several interactions at this clinic and pharmacy. I've never had a bad experience. From the personnel at the desk to the nurses and doctors, they have always been kind and professional.

Worst medical care i've ever received, during my final physical i was given attitude by my physician assistant and rushed work leading to a incorrect examination because a "medical professional" doesn't want to be a professional or do there job and is only worried about getting off by 1600. good luck if you ever need medical care from farleys clinic.

Great health care happens here at Farrelly Clinic. I went in due to a traumatizing lower back pain I incurred from BCT. The Captain/Doctor examined it and gave a very complicated explanation about what was going on with the muscle and so on. The very Best thing is that she described two types of medication that work like a miracle after taking the very first dose. Now I'm free from terrible pains. Pharmacy staff are very professional as well
