I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Dawn Guthrie. She was so sweet, honest, and helpful. I forgot to bring my printed prescription, but she was told me I could email the picture of it to her. She informed me of the specials they were currently running, and made me feel very good about my selection as well.

Amazing service here at Vista Opticle, FT Riley, KS. Don was and is very helpful for my kids needs. Very informative l, professional, and most importantly, honest. Thanks Don, and while here at FT Riley, youre my goto for glasses. Thank you.

Loved my experience here, Dawn was helpful with price and cost effectiveness along with being suggestive about what "add ons" would be best for me and pricing up front for that as well. She made me feel welcomed and like I had my mom with me to help choose the best frame for my face. She made my experience worth while 10/10 will come again Came back in 2026 -- I came back in 2025 to utilize my warranty on the pair of glasses. I left my original review about and of course, the ladies at Vista optical here in Fort Riley were super Duper helpful. I found myself coming back today, March 3 of 2026 and was sad because my girl Dawn wasn't there, However, got the delightful news that she has moved up in the company so congratulations to her!!! I know she trained her people there because I had the honor of Alicia helping me today who did as well as dawn did the first time I came in with helping me choose a pair of glasses that would fit my face nicely. Truly adore this place and the people they have working there makes you feel like you're not walking into an eyeglass place, but a fashion store thank you again!!!!

Had Dawn (the manager) helping me get my glasses. She was so kind and helpful in helping me get EXACTLY what I wanted and getting the best price. Very bubby and sweet. I will be going there from now on out!
