The front desk staff and eye tech were downright pathetic and rude beyond belief. I asked a basic question about my benefits and for a copy of my coverage--first they claimed I couldn't have one, then magically produced it like they suddenly remembered how to do their jobs. The provider was no better--short, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I dared to ask questions. This place is an absolute embarrassment. Don't bother wasting a single second here unless you enjoy dealing with incompetent, miserable people.

They ordered the wrong contacts for me got a far sight and a near sighted prescription, they were nice ordered the right ones but not in my brand just gave me trial contacts.... please tell me how my brand name box of $150 contacts that they messed up on are worth trial contacts? I asked about it they said they cant order my brand without a new prescription... I hate going here cause of the reception people, but its also the only place that takes my stupid insurance in town.

my mom has been going to garden city optometrists for YEARS. She's 53 years old, and last year was the first time she switched to this office because GCO no longer accepted her insurance. She has been wearing glasses for 40 years and Dr. Johannes is the first optometrist to ever explain WHY her vision is poor. She felt Dr. Johannes actually cared about her understanding her eye health. As long as this place continues to take her insurance, she will never go elsewhere!
