I have been a patient of the Beahm eye Center for over 10 years. Donald E. Beahm, MD. I feel it is such a value to see an Optometrist and an ophthalmologist on the same visit at the same time. Come on why go to just a "vision check person" when you can go to a medical doctor for the eye just as easily? You did not know... here is the breakdown, Optometrists are eye care people doing sight testing, correction and refer you to a medical doctor for diagnosis confirmations. They do management of vision changes and give you a script for vision. The important part here is an optometrist is not a medical doctor. An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor who specializes in eye and vision care. You get it right, the MD, the doctor, is at the top of the pyramid in eye care, Dr. Beahm and his staff are very professional and very thorough. My appointments always happen on time and are complete. Dr Beahm, always finishes with an explanation and changes from the previous visit. I always feel my eyes and vision are well taken care of. I highly recommend the Beahm eye Center and Dr. Beahm for your eye care needs.

Took forever for doctor to see me and then had to go from room to room was there for 5 hours

Informed office staff of a trip to Georgia. Asked if we should set an appointment 2 weeks after, they said it would be fine. We got back from Georgia and went to the appointment and the office staff turned us away after we drove an hour to get to the appointment. Not happy and switching doctors.

Excellent care. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. Great results from cataract surgery! Dr. even called post-surgical to check on how I was doing!!!

He removed my brothers cataracts and he and his entire staff were fantastic!
