Got my first eye exam done, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had some issues with the frames fitting on my face after a couple of days wearing it, but it got solved within minutes, staff again was very friendly and lovely with my toddler too. I recommend!!

When i started going there everybody was nice, not anymore. The doctors are nice but the gals upfront are rude. They messed up my appointment time so i had to reschedule and my prescription expired. They WON'T sell me contacts. I wanted to talk to a dr and the gals upfront wouldn't go for it. Soooo, i just changed doctor's where the front desk is customer friendly

We were referred to Great Bend due to our local office being damaged in a storm. Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely rude. We were 5 mins late due to a low tire and had to stop to get air before we drove 40 miles. She never acknowledged me apologizing for being late, she never looked me in the eyes while talking to me. She just stated her instructions while staring at her computer screen, had me sign form's and then instructed us to sit down. I will never go there again. We love our doctor but will wait until the office is repaired to see her again. This lady needs some people skills!

I had a routine eye appointment today and was very pleased with my experience. I've been going to Dr. McCaulley for a few years now. The ladies at the front desk did a great job of explaining what insurance covers and providing up front cost at time of appointment. During my appointment I noticed that they've updated equipment and testing since last year which made the appointment easier and quicker. They also have a ton of promotions going on now and they advertise them well. I received a rebate on my contacts so I can receive some money back!

I went to 10th street eyecare for an eye exam. The doctor was very thorough during the exam and discovered a problem with one of my eyes that I didn't know I had. She was able to refer me to a specialist to get it taken care of. With my new prescription I can finally see clearly. I couldn't be happier with the care I received there.

They made me wait forever when we had an appointment and checked in. They forgot about me . And a lady at the desk was getting tired of my kids fighting and asked what am I here for . And I told her we had an appointment at 2pm. The only reason you get a 4 star rating is cause the assistant guy Jason was super nice to my kids. And answered all there questions . And was super nice .
