Can't say enough about the amazing customer service!! The optical manager, Matt Sutter, spent several minutes with me on the phone as well as in the office when my son broke his glasses. Matt showed us where we could get his current frames elsewhere instead of pushing a pair on us that he had in stock! He just wanted us to be happy, even if we didn't buy from them!! Can't thank you enough Matt! We are recommending Eye Specialists all over town!!

I went here over a year ago for a prescription. My glasses seemed off but I trusted the specialists and just thought I needed to adjust to the glasses. I have worn them this whole time and went to a new place for a check up. Finding out this place had my prescription almost the opposite of what I needed. They need to be shut down, over a year of incorrect vision is extremely messed up.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. The front desk lady is extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Then the doctor literally gave me the same prescription that I have had for years and it is not correct so I got a second opinion and my eyes had changed alot. The doctor was just lazy and did not want to put in the time to actually check my eyes. Not a very user friendly place.
