The staff in the peds department are friendly, polite, and patient. Dr David Smith is really good with my 7 month old baby boy my son loves him he full of smiles when he sees him. Also my 15 yr old daughter likes him too and its hard to find a doctor she likes. I will be recommending him alot. Him and his staff from the front desk to back room all need a raise. Thank you Ladies and Dr Smith for your awesome customer service I appreciate you.

In my personal experience, I was seen by a provider at this walk-in clinic and was given a prostate exam that felt unexpected and was not clearly explained to me beforehand. I left feeling uncomfortable and confused about why it was done. I would encourage patients to ask questions and make sure they fully understand and consent to any exam before proceeding. Better communication prior to intimate exams would improve patient comfort. Once again, my personal experience doesn't apply to all.

I had a small incident and they got me in quickly. When I arrived the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Once I was moved to the back to see a dentist, the dentist was very honest, helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate the honesty. Then as I was leaving the front ladies went out of there way to make my visit easier on me! Thank you for the great service at PrairieStar Dental Clinic!

I had 2 teeth extracted and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the work was done. Absolutely incredible by any standards I've had in the past. I will use Prairie Star in the future.

I do not recommend this organization as they fail to respect peoples privacy and request for attempts at contact to cease. I have requested multiple times for my address to be removed as I am not nor will I ever be a customer of theirs yet they continue to harrass me through the mail. If they are willing to do this to someone whos not a customer imagine how they will treat you and your private medical data

I've been going to Prairie Star for a few years now. It's just been an absolute great experience for each area. Mental Health, dental, physician, and eye doctor. Today, I took my four year old to get her eyes checked and they were absolutely kind, understanding, and quick to figure out if she needed glasses or not. The whole experience was wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time trying Walk In Care since using Hutch Clinic and it was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was very cheery and helpful. I waited about 30 minutes with getting all the paperwork done too. The rest of the nurses were also super friendly and seemed happy to be there. After, they recommend I try their in house pharmacy. I waited about 15 minutes from the time my prescription was called in to pickup. Super impressed with the efficiency! It's possible I just came at the right time, but I'll be back the next time.

My husband has been suffering with serious health issues for years, and we feel completely abandoned by this office. Nobody seems to care or take his condition seriously. There's no guidance, no urgency, and no real effort to help us find answers. Every single referral he's ever gotten has been because we asked for it after doing our own research, not because anyone here took initiative or showed concern. He's in constant pain, and the only medication that's ever brought even slight relief, they refuse to prescribe because he doesn't have a diagnosis, but they aren't helping him get diagnosis. His mother passed away from cancer, and we asked to see a specialist to rule that out. They basically refused to send a referral because we didn't mention it at his last appointment and they "didn't feel it was necessary." We are terrified, frustrated, and heartbroken watching his health decline while no one helps. It genuinely feels like they're just letting him die, giving us no answers and no support. No family should have to fight this hard to get basic medical care or compassion.
