Schletzbaum Optometry

I really had a great experience at Dr. Schletzbaum's office. He has a very friendly staff, and my appointment went very smoothly. Dr. Schletzbaum was great and he was very thorough.

I have gone to Dr Torrence and then Dr Schletzbaum since I was 14 years old and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. I really like Dr Schletzbaum and his staff are kind, considerate, professional and cheerful. I highly recommend Schletzbaum Optometry for all your eye needs.

Dr. Schletzbaum has been my eye doctor for the last 10 years, and I have always been served with excellence. He puts the patient first and is more than willing to help you should an emergency arise. He listens and answers all questions thoroughly. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Schletzbaum Optometry is the best in town!

I have been to a few different eye doctors in town and Dr Schletzbaum is by far the absolute best. He is so kind and personable. Really makes an effort to get to know his patients. I refer anyone I can to him! The office staff is awesome as well. Everyone is so kind, helpful and welcoming. Ordering glasses and contacts is super easy and they have a great selection.

I'm very impressed and glad I made the decision to switch from GREEN VISION to Dr. Schletbaum... He did more exams on my eyes then Have ever been done... he engaged me in the process and explained things to me.... BONUS.. my new glasses have everything my previous glasses had but at more then LESS then what they ran at GREEN VISION...... I'm very pleased!!!!

I have been going to this eye doctor for years (since 2012) and have gotten nothing but the best care. I have had some strange eye problems and Dr. Schletzbaum has done extensive research to help me with them. He truly cares about each one of his clients.

I've been seeing Dr. Schletzbaum about 5 years and I love him! He is incredibly kind, went above and beyond for me every time, always answered my questions, and was just overall the best, but I've had multiple issues with the nurse and front desk ladies and miscommunication issues. The first incident I had broken a pair of glasses went in, ordered a new pair that insurance was paying in full for I asked the front desk lady at the appointment if I could throw the broken pair away and she said yes they were useless at this point and they would call me when my new pair came in, multiple weeks went by and they never called me so I had called them one morning and they said I could come pick up my glasses anytime that they had had them so I went to go pick up my glasses and the nurse told me I couldn't have my new ones until I brought back my old pair that were broken in half and I explained to her the situation that it had been a few weeks the front desk lady told me I could go ahead and throw them away so I did, the nurse was very rude about the whole situation and told me I either need to go find my old pair or I could pay $300 out-of-pocket and pay for them myself so I went and dumped both my dumpsters in my drive way and went through every trash bag until I found my old pair of glasses brought it back and she was still rude the second time but I had finally got my new pair of glasses without having to pay out of pocket. Last week I called to make an appointment for an eye exam and the lady on the phone was super nice and we made small talk about how my appointment was on Halloween. I left work, go in for my appointment (on Halloween), the front desk lady informs me my appointment isn't today but scheduled for November 7th which is a week away. I've just never had so many miscommunication issues like this with a doctors office before and it's frustrating.

I have been to the same eye doctor for 3 years and he has never improved my vision at all...finally heard about Dr. Schletzbaum and I went in and he improved my vision so dramatically. He is very friendly, funny, and professional. I highly recommend him and would to anyone!! Thank you, Dr. Schletzbaum and his staff!!
