Lauren did an excellent job! Both my wife and I needed new lenses. I ended up getting a new frame as well. She answered all the questions we had and helped me decide on the frame I needed. Thanks Lauren!

I first went to Payton/Specs in 2024 because they were the only local place I could find that carried WileyX sunglasses. I had an absolutely stellar experience at that time, and decided this business is where I would spend my money for the foreseeable future. Last night I returned with my wife, and the entire team (Jason, Lauren, and Gabriela) were helpful and patient as we browsed and tried on numerous pairs. We both ultimately found glasses that we chose, and made our purchase. Unfortunately, there was a small miscommunication about a promotional price during the encounter, but we still purchased both pairs of glasses, recognizing the amount of work that had already been done to take care of us. After leaving, I made my frustrations about the miscommunication known to the business. Today, Jason reached out to me, seeking to understand what had gone wrong. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone, and came to a solution we were both happy with. You can find plenty of businesses that want to make money selling you glasses. My recommendation, however, would be to go to Payton/Specs, where the staff doesn't just care about selling you a pair of glasses. They care about how you were treated, and are eager to fix any mistakes that are made! I'm looking forward to returning for a new pair next year!

My family loves Specs. We have always received good service here. They do a good job of taking care of my work safety glasses. My most recent pair they are warrantying the scratched lenses and it is taking longer than they were told from who ever is warrantying them. But, other than this waranty I've always gotten timely service from Specs. My wife who has many pair of prescription and regular sunglasses from Specs, recently purchased some cheaper glasses from an online company. When she got them none of them were adjusted correctly. She took them to Specs and Lauren Haas was more than happy to patiently help my wife to get them adjusted correctly and never once gave her a hard time about buying them somewhere else. They also seem to know our insurance better then our employers. They get the forms all filled out and submitted with no hassle.

I walked into Specs to ask about fixing an ear piece that had fallen off and the screw was missing. They fixed me up without a complaint and cleaned my glasses for me. I'll definitely be going to Specs to get my new prescription lenses and frames!

5/5 when it comes to the Hutchinson Specs location. The environment was remarkably clean and offered a warm and welcoming feel. Nicole showed me around and did a great job offering information about the different frames. Nicole was so nice and offered excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to go in and check out their store along with their superb customer service that Nicole offered! I will be back!!!

I would totally give 5/5 stars! I had the best helpful experience with Kevin and Chelsea in the Hutch office. I had not had glasses for 8 years, got some through insurance and broke them two days later. I was looking for someone to help me and possibly get glasses same day but having to pay out of pocket. Long story short they were able to help me get glasses the same day! Even went and got them for me in Wichita!! They are both amazing and such a blessing! And I didn't go over budget. I will go back and highly recommend Payton Optical.

I've been waiting three weeks and still haven't received my glasses. I'll post again after or if I get my glasses.
