Family Eye Care is hands-down the best! I recently became a new patient of theirs and needed to get new frames. Dr Gunn was so kind and informative. The staff were so patient as I carefully selected many frames to try on. The ones I decided on were unavailable in the color I wanted as they had been discontinued. I was a little sad but, I went ahead and ordered the black instead. When I got to the store to pick them up a week later, I found that Megan (I think that was her name) had called the glasses company and was able to work with their rep to get my frames in the color I originally wanted! It was such a nice surprise and I'm so grateful she went the extra mile for me. Thank you family eye care team!

My eye exam was very good from start to finish. The office personnel were very professional and answered any and all of my questions.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Gunn she clear and precise and the exam was thuro, and she explained each and every step of the eye exam process, and what she was seeing or not seeing and how the pictures and test results related to my overall eye health and vision. And she took the time to satisfactorily answer all of my questions. And I never felt rushed.

Dr. Gunn is the most informative optometrist I have seen. I really appreciated her taking time to talk about my concerns and she gave me plenty of options to help and had a print out so I could remember all that was talked about. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. The frame selection looked great and I can't wait to get a new pair here next year. I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely the best eye care from the staff to the Dr Ashley in Lansing. Very clean with a very comfortable feel. Nice selection of frames and bought them cheaper there then Target. I highly recommend to anyone needing eye care especially with Dr Ashley she is superb and has a great sense of humor.
