The technical assistant has worked at Grin for 20 years and is very nice and competent. Dr Cramer was well prepared and had read my history. He was thorough and friendly. He also reminded me of important issues to watch for with my specific eye issues. My husband and I moved to KC last year and we are very happy we were referred to this practice!

Office staff are friendly, warm, and welcoming! They were More than generous at our last visit to accommodate with scheduling! Dr. Niebuhr's assistant doctor is amazing with the little ones! She's friendly, energetic, and passionate to provide excellent care! Dr. Niebuhr is a terrific pediatric optometrist! She makes the experience both calm, and engaging!

Dr. Jeffry Gerson is highly gifted, knowledgable, experienced, professional, kind, respectful, and caring! He is the best eye doctor I have ever met. His energy is very healing. His staff are also very courteous, kind, and experienced! I highly recommend their services!

I've been a long-time patient at Grin Eye Care with Dr. Gerson, but the service has become unacceptable. I called the front office to schedule an appointment for my daughter, yet it was never actually entered into their system, so I never received a reminder. When I called to check, I was told there was no appointment at all. I scheduled a second appointment and marked it clearly on my calendar. When we arrived, the front desk took my ID and told me my daughter didn't have an appointment but that they would "take care of it." Shortly after, the nurse informed me that there was still no appointment in the system. To make things even more frustrating, someone then attempted to schedule us at a completely different location with a different doctor. My daughter missed her class, and I took time off work for this visit, only to receive no explanation and no care. The level of disorganization is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. An upper management staff member witnessed the entire situation, yet we never received an apology or any follow-up regarding the poor customer service. Overall, a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

I love Dr Enright she is the best! Very friendly and always to informative and helpful. I got right in for my appointment and got out early and the staff was all very friendly!

I see this group due to my age and diabetes. I receive excellent care and a thorough examination with a great emphasis on Diabetes eye care exam. Grin Eye Care communicates the exam results with my Diabetes DR.( Endocrinologist) I have seen them for around 5 years and highly recommend their business.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I see Dr. Emily Enright and she is wonderful. She explains everything so that I can understand it easily. I highly recommend Grin Eye Care.
