I absolutely loved this office, everyone was very pleasant and Dr Mills was very helpful and made great recommendations for my current vision concerns. I was impressed with the state of the art equipment they had in their office. I also want to mention. I am self pay and found that they are very reasonably priced and completely disclosed any charges to me. I would highly recommend this office and the staff was professional, knowledgeable and very caring!

Everyone was really nice, and the place was clean. We were taken back quickly, and the tech was great with my 5 year old putting dialiation drops in here eyes. The hardest part was the Doctor didn't come in for another hour. I know from experience that dialiation takes about 20 minutes.
Understandably, there was no cell service in the room, and I didn't bring activities because I didn't realize it would be an hour (that's on me) but I was left to try to entertain my grumpy 5 year old for an hour.
I was very disappointed it took so long then for the doctor to only be in there ten minutes max.
Like I said front desk service was good and the tech was excellent, it was just the wait time...

Upon arrival the staff is always welcoming and supportive. The technician was super nice and very friendly, she made my daughter comfortable during all the test sessions. Dr Hartigan is absolutely the best at what she does. I drive probably 25 mins and I would drive further if needed. I trust my child's eye health in her hands. Thank you Dr Hartigan!!

Only $114 for a routine eye exam!! Avoid this place at all costs. I've never written a Google review before but this has to be the first one! The pricing at this clinic is ridiculous and very deceptive. They have an iPad that you sign upon check in, which is allegedly just a HIPAA consent form. However, it includes an opt-in to an extra eye exam that is not covered by insurance. I was shocked after the exam to hear my cost after insurance was over $100(!!!!). I asked to receive a call from the doctor to discuss the fees. Dr. Henderson wasn't even genuine when I talked to him about it later that day - he sounded like a salesperson!! Excuses about wanting to "maintain the aesthetic" of the atmosphere and he said they "reinvest the cost of exams" into the facility. More like reinvest it into his pocket. If the clinic wanted to be transparent, they would put the cost in the iPad forms and allow patients the ability to opt out of out-of-pocket exam costs. But obviously they don't do that because they want to profit off of patients. It's very sad to be treated this way.

The place smelled good, looked updated, everyone was nice, saw the eye doctor quick and was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The reason for the 4 star is a retinal exam was performed and I don't remember saying I want it. Usually eye doctors I've been to ask me before hand because there is an out of pocket fee. It's no big deal for me but be mindful there is a fee insurance might not cover it.
