One of the best medical experiences we've ever had. Our daughter is a student at K-State and was having eye pain, and we live out of town. They got her in within a few hours, and provided an amazingly thorough exam. Really spent time with her and addressed the issue and all of her concerns. Very friendly and professional, appreciate this office!

We are new in town as a military family, so as most know, that comes with starting over and over again. It can be difficult having to take a chance on somewhere new for your and your little one's vision care because you certainly want to choose the best fit for your family and everyone's specific needs. I have to say from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in good hands. We were immediately checked in and wait time couldn't have been more than 10 minutes. Stephanie took my youngest daughter and I to one eye exam room and my husband went with our oldest two children to a separate eye exam room by another young lady ( I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name - same lady who checked us in!) Love that we were able to be examined in separate groups because it makes it easier on everyone. We had the privilege of having Dr. Erichsen come in and exam all kids. She was wonderful! Thorough, patient, and gentle which is just what is needed for little ones coming in for an exam that may be uneasy about it. Stephanie was an absolute sweetheart, too! She was so kind with my youngest, super soft spoken and patient as well. She was fun to chat and joke with and made us feel so comfortable. There was another young lady who printed copies of our eye prescriptions whose name I also didn't catch, but she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with as well. Thank you all for such a wonderful first-time visit here.

We have been patients at Vision Source for 4 or 5 years now and everyone is excellent !!!! DOC is amazing and listens to concerns while providing great care. The technician is wonderful and very professional as all of the other staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

It's always a great appointment, with excellent, friendly care. They always go the extra mile getting my glasses refitted, if needed and a great cleaning. I really appreciate not having to have my pupils dilated also. I definitely recommend them!

I love the Optometrist. She really awesome with what she does. She looks at everything that she can to help your eyes! Shes the first to tell me j need progressive lenses last year!

I was a patient 8 years ago, and when I moved back into the area, made an appointment based on my past experience. I was SO pleased that my experience this time was just as great! Dr. Erickson was thorough and Funny!!!

Provider and assistant were wonderful. BOTH front office staff that I encountered-front desk and who did my questionnaire, and testing were rude and not trained appropriately- could not appropriate direction. Dr Erichsen is wonderful, highly recommend.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. The doctor was easy to talk to and very helpful with my issue. The problem has begun to fade as I have followed her directions! Thank you!
