Suffering from intense headaches, my primary suggested I ruled out any issues with my eyes. My insurance provider recommended Lentz Eye Care to me, and when I called to schedule an appointment I was worried it would take me weeks to be seen. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and patient with me, and I got very lucky with a cancellation, so I was able to be seen that day. The actual exam was good too, I felt heard and that they actually listened to what I was saying. They asked questions is different ways if I didn't understand it the first time, and it didn't feel like a rush. They were there to help me, and I wasn't just another number.

Office staff and Dr. Murrell are all fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. I had contacts waiting for me and was on my way to pick them up. Of course I got stopped by a train (go figure), and was going to arrive after they closed. I called and told them what was going on and the office staff waited for me.
