Tim is absolutely amazing. He is always available to help me when I need my glasses adjusted. He is exceptionally professional and friendly. His passion towards his job and customers does not go unnoticed. He is a wonderful asset to your staff. Tim is the kind of employee I would never want to let go. Overall a great place for an eye exam (and maybe a laugh or two) with respectful and fun employees. Thank you Alyce for lightening the atmosphere and being so welcoming and to Maria for your kindness and patience. Thank you as well to Dr. Saville for an efficient and quick exam. The staff take every step to make sure you feel welcomed and looked after. Would recommend to others!

This was my very first eye exam so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! Marissa and Maria at the front were so wonderful, Marissa had me laughing the entire appointment. My doctor was also great, she talked me through everything and answered all of my silly questions. 10/10 recommend! Update: I was told two weeks for my frames, after the second week I was told my frames were on back order. About a week later, they will still on back order. When I called to express my concern/frustrations, Tim was so helpful in offering me explanations and solutions. I let him know I was about to go on vacation for over a week and I'd love to have them before that. Tim was able to find my frames, get them to the store, and get them completed in LESS than 24 hours. I am so happy he was so helpful, thank you again Tim!!!!

We have had all but good things to say about Olathe Eye Associates! They were super attentive the moment we step foot through their doors. A special shout out to Tim! You can count on him being there! He was able to make our son's glasses fit the best to his face. Highly recommend this location!

Mareia and Tim were very helpful and knowledgeable about selecting the correct pair of frames for my first prescription. The facility was very busy but each employee was attentive and made sure every patrin was taken care of. Thank you Eye Associates and thank you Mareia and Tim for my new glasses.

This place is awesome! Fast, friendly, on-time and very complete service. Great selection of eye glasses. They have in office grinding to fit lens into frames within an hour. Tim works the grinding and has been there a long time. He makes the appointment top notch! The staff does not turnover very much as I see the same faces which tells me the work environment is tremendous. If the staff is happy, the service is wonderful!

The girls at the Olathe office will get you seeing right! Maria, Jess, and Madeline were so kind in the intake process and frame search. I'm thankful for Dr. Bartimus is kind and efficient. I've been a patient since I started wearing glasses in 3rd grade (I'm turning 30 this year) and always feel welcomed.

My 9-year old got his first pair of glasses today. We came to the Olathe location from a great referral from the South OP location due to the larger selection of youth frames. I could not say enough about the assistance that Alyee provided us today!!! He was absolutely amazing- he was helping my son through options and was so patient as my son was making selections. He actually recommended a pair that he knew my son would love, but this location didn't have, so he tracked them down for us to go try on. He took the time to pull them up on his computer to show my son and explained why he thought he would like them. Then he went a step further to make sure the other location would have the lenses needed so we could pick them up the same day. He even ran to our car to give us some more information as we were leaving to make sure we knew everything possible. I could not say enough great things about our experience today! The assistance we received helped one nervous boy become so much more confident in his decision and adoption of his first pair of glasses. Thank you so much!!!
