Dr. McDonald and Dr. Meats are so knowledgeable and thoughtful. I have been seen for a plethora of emergencies and routine care for myself and my family over the years. Most recently we have had multiple eye situations and they have been the BEST, the doctors and office staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Today, was my annual eye exam, and as usual, was a great visit. I was met with a pleasant front desk and quick check in. Within 5 min, Dr McDonald's very friendly assistant conducted my preliminary eye exams and then moved me to an exam room for more vision eval and tests. Dr McDonald preformed diagnostic tests and dialated my eyes for detailed pictures depicting the internal health of my eyes. He reviewed all test results w me and was pleased to tell me the results were minimal vision change and overall negative tests. I felt very well cared for and we agreed with not needing new lenses or frames this visit.
It is an atmosphere of friendliness, professionalism, and a great customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice for individual or family eyecare needs. When u leave, you feel confident and well cared for from start to finish.
