Cokingtin Eye Center

First visit to Cokingtin and I was very impressed! Jason the technician and Dr. Olson were so kind and knowledgeable. The exam was thorough and I didn't feel like I was walking away without any answers. I appreciate their pleasant bedside manner and that they listened to all of my concerns.

My first visit at Cokingtin Eye Center was everything one would very much appreciate. This staff was not a check-off-the-list staff, each, in their own kind way, made the visit quite comfortable and relatable. The front desk staff greeted me in a most congenial and compatible way. Efficient scheduling was obvious - indicated by very little wait time and the professionals I met prior to meeting my doctor were confident and thorough. Dr. Shrack entered the room with a smile, spent an appropriate amount of moments just getting to know me and introduce herself, then immediately began her exam, followed by a concise, easy-to-understand explanation; then concluded the appointment - her last of the day - unhurried and kind. I have no doubt that I have found my new clinic for eye care. All offices can meet medical guidelines and be competent, but to me, those are not stand-alone characteristics of excellence. How I am treated, how I feel when there, and the atmosphere surrounding me are the important elements that define the excellence at Cokingtin Eye Center.

Everyone was very nice. A positive shout out to the scheduler who made my appointment. I would have rated them higher if they would have explained changes in my eyes instead of telling me and then popping up ready to be done. The assisting staff never introduced themselves and I think they were training someone new or a student?? They even opened up the door wide open while I was trying to ask questions. Privacy? But overall, nice clean office, and friendly people.

I had a good experience during my appointment, but the billing process was frustrating. After checking in online and entering my card through their third party system, Phreesia, I was charged twice, once online and again in person. When I called to clarify, no one in the office seemed to understand what happened. I even received an email warning me my card would be charged. I called before the charge went through and was told everything was paid and nothing more would be billed. Then the charge hit anyway. When I called again, I was told it might be "fraud" but my bank confirmed it was from this office's portal. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. If you're using their online pre-check-in, watch your statements closely, and I hope the staff gets better training on the online systems they're asking patients to use.

Every person we came in contact with, and there were many, was super friendly and efficient. Nothing was left to chance. Great job done by all. First eye is doing excellent. We have now received second cataract surgery! It has been a great experience. It is hard to believe I see 'new' colors, lights AND correction to 20-15. That's a near perfect result.

They were very detailed and very friendly. I do wish that it was explained to bring money to purchase the kit for pre op before the appointment. Other than that I was very surprised and happy with the overall experience.

I came to Cokingtin on a friends referral after the vision care I used did not accept Medicare. I have been thoroughly impressed with not only their professionalism but also the personable Doctors and staff. Dr. Beshara explained every step of the procedure and answered all of my questions. Never any waiting. Impressed with their sanitary process of their devices. Great communication before, during and after procedures and appointments. Also the fact that they are very accommodating to the extent they offer Concierge service to and from my hotel. I highly recommend them !

I've been to every optometry place in Warrensburg. We went here on a very busy day. Couldn't have been happier with their service! Extremely efficient, caring, informative, knowledgeable, all the good stuff! It's impossible to tell you how much better this staff is compared to all the others! YOU HAVE TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!
