ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Our experience was horrid! My daughter has bilateral generalized polymicrogyria, (which causes a developmental delay and it effects her motor skills) we took her for her check up (she's 4 btw) and she wasn't understanding how to put her head up to the bar..the lady reached across the desk and SHOVED my daughters head up and hit her head ON THE BAR, she was crying!!! Then she stomps past us with attitude and says "ill just go get someone else who can ACTUALLY HELP ME!" Now she better be lucky that I don't turn her in she should be FIRED!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY KIDS BACK AND IVE LET EVERYONE KNOW THEIR NURSE ASSAULTED MY 4 YEAR OLD!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!!

We've been in the market for a new eye doctor. Booked an appointment weeks in advance. Showed up on time and wasn't even put in a room until 15 minutes after my set time. Didn't even see the doctor until 30 mins after that.
My husband had an appt 20 mins after mine. After him waiting until 20 mins late in the waiting room, he cancelled it. We wouldn't make it back to work at this point.
No apology, no mention of the fact that our time is also valuable.. nothing at all. Maybe this is the norm here?
I really liked the doctor. Very nice and thorough guy, but if they can't respect the fact that we work and need to get in and out without delay, this just isn't the place for us.
