Everyone was super kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. My eye Dr. was the most personable, intelligent ophthalmologist I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few! I highly recommend this easy to find beautiful business- it's worth the drive from near Mound City KS, I'm so serious.

Excellent customer service from check in to fitting/ordering of glasses. Dr. Gardner is a pleasure as a provider and I appreciate his knowledge and patient care.

The staff was very pleasant and accomidating and the doctor was very through and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to order my frames because they were out of the color i wanted. Very nice visit

I've been a client of Dr. Gardner, but this was my 1st time meeting Dr. Buckingham. She was nice & very professional. And the nice woman with the silver white hair; (I believe her name is Ruth), has worked there for years & she always gives exemplary service fitting my glasses.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Gardener seemed knowledgeable and said he was.going to read up on my condition so I feel really comfortable going to his office.

My appointment was very nice with everyone in the office very nice, helpful and friendly. I was given choices about dilation or picture and I really appreciated that.

First time trying this location and very disappointed. Showed up for my first appointment and was turned down because reception was unable to verify my insurance. Was not called to about this issue before hand. My second appointment we had the same problem but I brought all the information I could and someone from the back stepped up to let them know they'd see me. Appointment was alright no issues. Called after a week and a half and the woman was very cold and informed me they had called me already. Checked my call log and have no incoming calls from their facility. Came into pick up the glasses and they are absolutely off and they told me to wear them a few days and I'd adjust. Told them no my eyes are already straining and could not see out of the right, I have never had this issue and they would not check my script to see if it could be wrong from the appointment. Very upset as I have now wasted time and money on glasses I couldn't see out of or take.
