I had a great experience at this eye clinic. Emily provided excellent customer service--she was friendly, patient, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. So I switched from the prairie village location to shawnee and I have to say this was an excellent experience and excellent service. Emily was wonderful from checking in for my appointment and checking me out. She explained everything that was part of the pricing for my new prescription in detail and answered any questions I might have had. Also Dr. Frederick was wonderful. She mad me feel comfortable, heard and relieved of anything that I may or may not have had regarding my eyes. She took time to listen to my issues and explained everything regarding my eyes and my new prescription. I am so glad that I chose to come Eye Associates of Shawnee. My new eye doctor from now on!

My four year old had his first eye exam with Dr. Frederick and she was awesome! Emily and the rest of the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming! The pick up process for my son's glasses was very quick and easy thanks to Mr. Scott, he made sure to answer all of my questions and was very polite. Overall a great experience, I have zero complaints!
