Target Optical

Emily at the Shawnee location inside target was very professional , so easy going! I was able to pick a frame and check out in less than 20 minutes literally in and out! She also has great taste in helping the customers pick their frames out.

Emily at Target Optical Shawnee Mission Parkway was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help fix a pair of eyeglasses that had lost a screw. She spent over 30 minutes working hard to get the screw to work in the eyeglasses (she was very persistent) which I greatly appreciated! She was able to fix the glasses so I could continue to wear them. She has also helped me in the past with fixing other glasses as well. I always enjoy the service she provides and wanted to thank her for her efforts!

The staff allowed me ample time to peruse the frames and helped me further narrow the top 3 frames in consideration of my insurance coverage and feedback from prior customers' experience. They clearly explained the lense options and what the field of vision would look like with each and the cost for each so that I could make an informed decision. I felt supported but never pressured or rushed. I'm confident in the choice I made with their supportive information. All-in-all a very good experience.

Stopped in the shop to get my glasses fixed and Tracy was so helpful--she was able to adjust my glasses within a few minutes. I appreciated her kindness and her approach to making sure my glasses fit just right. It was such a pleasant experience and I intend to go back for any future eye glass needs.

I went in to get lenses for frames i already had. Once I was seen my service was 5 star from the lady who helped me. She was very helpful. I would refer & return if it was just for the experience I received from her. But when I 1st walked in I was not recognized, I assumed because both ladies was helping other customers. Then 4 to 5 minutes later, another lady walked in and was recognized & greeted instantly. She happened to be a lady of non color(I have color). The lady that didn't help me stopped working, asked her how she was doing & advised she would be with her shortly & told her she could be taking a look around at the frames. Now standing directly in front of this worker & she NEVER acknowledged me. Not even after she spoke with the customer that came in after me. I then moved closer up to make sure she saw me, but she never acknowledged that I was there. So based on that experience NO, I would refer nor return to that particular store. I don't spend my money in places that don't acknowledge a person because the color of our skin. It saddened me that with all Target has been thru with racial allegations, that a store that is located inside of them would not recognize that this behavior could be looked at as being racist. To the lady who did help me, I give 2 thumbs ups & 5 stars for doing your job. You gave good customer service!!!!

The associate that helped me on 12/1 was great. She was very knowledgeable and kind. And I used a target circle offer to get $30 in target rewards. Didn't realize that optical purchases would go towards the shopping total (e.g., spend $300 within x # of days and get $30 back).

Tracy was very nice and patient. She gave me options as to what would give me the best deal and in the end I walked away with a new pair of glasses that I love. Great experience overall :)

The technician was very patient with me as well as other customers. She allowed me to take my time with trying on many many pairs of glasses. She seemed very knowledgeable about my insurance and my options. All options were explained to my satisfaction. Hopefully I will be as pleased with my glasses as I was with the assistance.
