Truelove didn't finish my exam and deflected any blame for messing up my prescription, including onto me for having prisms in my glasses. Extremely unprofessional. Don't come to her if you have a more complicated prescription. She doesn't know how to handle it and will treat you poorly for asking for proper care

Hadn't been here in a few years, scheduled an appointment, had to reschedule it due to "unforseen circumstances"-ok no problem, I know a thing or two about unforseen circumstances. Get to the appointment early as they requested, they're running a good 30-40 minutes behind on appointment times-all good still, I know some folks show up late & make everything else run late. Plus this gave me time to try on frames and pick out what I wanted. Get called in the room, immediately get asked to spend additional money on an added procedure my insurance will not cover...eh ok, I have money on my health savings account, it'll cover it. Get to the end of the exam, I request new glasses and contacts. Find out there's another cost associated with acquiring a prescription for contacts, JUST the prescription itself. Good thing I don't need instructions to insert the contacts into my eyes because that's an additional $50, which of course insurance does not cover. The gent who helped me order my glasses was rushing though my order due to them running behind and closing before my appointment/glasses order was completed. He seemed frustrated by any questions. Since my appointment, after reflection of the visit, I got the impression of being treated ignorantly. Akin to cold and unimportant, seen only as there for payment of services rendered. No problem though, I'll just find another place to go.

Dr Truelove is a true professional that gives the best care for all your eye care needs! And bonus...she's a really kind and caring person as well!!!

Auto charged contacts to my insurance. I never got any contacts. Took months for them to reverse the insurance claim.

They were very nice and took great care of my daughter and her glasses were ready in good timing

Very nice place the staff helped out a lot and even found a rebate for me they answered all my questions and were very helpful
